A gentle approach to mindful movement made for a great outing for a much needed cause

Yoga SessionA heartfelt thank you to Wendy Sammut and her Fabulous Yoga Students, who recently got together on the Lookout platform at Springridge Farm for a yoga practice in support of the Townsend Smith Foundation, and for donating all of the proceeds from this event to our Foundation. The spectacular view and Wendy’s gentle approach to mindful movement made for a great outing!

Gratitude also goes out to Laura & John Hughes for offering Wendy & her participants the use of their platform on the farm for the yoga session (they own Springridge), and for selecting Townsend Smith Foundation as their charity of choice for the donation.

We are so grateful for everyone’s support in helping our mission to provide access to palliative care for residents of Milton and Halton Hills, serving the needs of terminally ill people and their families.
