Board of Directors Recruitment
The Governance & Nominating Committee of the Townsend Smith Foundation Board of Directors is tasked with recruiting and recommending potential board members based on skills and experience needed. The Governance & Nominating Committee also makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for committee composition, such as on the Building Committee, Fundraising Committee, Finance & Audit Committee, and other committees. Committee members do not have to also be board members.
