Horizons of Hope Series

The Townsend Smith Foundation is pleased to offer a four-part educational series facilitated by Catholic Deacon Joe Murphy of Saint Benedict Parish, Milton (Hamilton Diocese).

This faith-based program provides caregivers, family members, and friends facing a terminal illness with space to learn, reflect, and find hope in the palliative care journey – exploring palliative care through theological, ethical, and medical perspectives.

* individuals from all faiths are welcome, but please note that these sessions are based on Catholic beliefs.

Registration is free – sign up for as many sessions as you would like. Registration for each session will close 24 hours before the session begins.
