We do not have a hospice residence in Acton, Georgetown or Milton.
The Townsend Smith Foundation is committed to filling this need in our community by building North Halton’s first hospice residence.
The Townsend Smith Foundation is a charitable organization working to build a hospice for North Halton. The foundation has secured a property for the first residential hospice at Trafalgar Road and 5 Side Road, Halton Hills, where the Hillcrest United Church currently stands. We are excited for what comes next in the process of bringing the hospice into a reality. We are continuing to raise funds through events and generous donors, and bringing awareness to the need for a hospice in our community
Donate. Volunteer. Connect with us. Together we will build a hospice.
